My Nurtured Body is a four week program designed to encourage women to nurture and nourish their bodies from the inside out.
We will empower ourselves to nourish our bodies in a way unique to us and find joy in what our bodies can do (rather than focusing on what they can’t!). Together we will rediscover the joy of self-care and nurturing our bodies (not punishing them!). We will take baby steps and make small adjustments to our lifestyle, that will help us to grow in confidence and pride. We will work together to love ourselves again (or even more than we already do!).
All online, this means you can do it from anywhere and fit it into your lifestyle. This program is here to enhance and bring joy, not to overwhelm or restrict like many other options out there. This is not about the before/after – Unless you are taking a before and after of your beautiful smile!

Nurtured Body Group Training (4 Weeks)

1:1 Nurtured Body Training Session
At a time that suits you, Location within Adelaide’s Western Suburbs.
45 Minutes: $80 per session for program participants (not offered to those outside of the program).
1:1 Nurtured Wellbeing Sessions
We spend up to an hour together nurturing you in the areas of life and your wellbeing that you identify as needing additional support with, so that you can leave feeling clearer, calmer and with a plan to bring more joy into your life and enhance your mental and physical wellbeing.
$277 per session ($247 for Program Participants)
Unlimited Group Training with Step into Life West Lakes (4 Weeks only)
Special offer for program participants: $160 (normally approx $190).
FAQ’s
When does the program start?
We will kick off the week of the 22nd of October. You will receive some worksheets prior to that for you to get a headstart on nurturing you if you wish!
How will the program be delivered?
We will use a facebook group for all communication of the program, this link will be sent to you closer to the start date.
Is there a payment plan option?
If needed we can organise the payment to be split into 2 equal payments.. Please choose the direct bank deposit option at the checkout. The final payment is to be received no later than half way through the program.
Do I need to complete a Waiver and Health & Fitness Evaluation Form?
Yes. This will be sent to you after you have purchased your program. You will need to sign and return. If there is anything you are unhappy with a full refund will be given if notified within one week of forms being received by you.
Do I need to be fit already? What if I have injuries?
No. This is not about being the fittest or fastest. This is about taking sustainable and achievable steps to enable you to nurture YOU!
If you have injuries, modifications can be provided. Please let me know when we chat.
I’m not sure if I have time in my week to do it.
The program is designed to fit into your lifestyle. You can complete the worksheets and exercise around kids, husbands, work and all the things we have in our weeks – when it suits you. If you are not ready to commit at least a couple of hours per week (in total, you will spread the time out) to your own nurturing, then this may not be the right time for you. I would suggest looking at some 1:1 nurturing to work through a more personalised plan.
Will you give me a meal plan to follow?
No. This is not the program for you if you require a specific dietary plan with set meals each day. This program is to empower you and your food choices, not to tell you what to do. Everyone’s bodies are so different, and one size does not fit all. I believe that we are more likely to stick at taking care of ourselves when we feel EMPOWERED, not when we are just told what to do.
I am pregnant, can I join in?
While the program is very gentle, I recommend that we have a chat prior to you joining (please email hello@carlythompsonbarry.com.au). All pregnant women should have approval from their Dr/midwife before taking part in any form of exercise.
Can I get a refund if I can’t participate or am unhappy?
Refunds will only be provided by the end of the first week (October 29th 2018) if the program is not what you expected (you will need to provide evidence of completing ALL required weekly tasks and outline by email in detail as to why expectations have not been met). Refunds for lack of time or change of mind will not be given – after all, this is all about encouraging you to take time out for you!
